IPPR ROUNDTABLE: Developing Britain’s strategic economic relationship with Mexico
Venue: Grimond Room, Portcullis House, London SW1A 2LW
The Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) is holding an expert roundtable on Britain’s strategic economic relationship with Mexico, as part of a new series of events on the UK’s relationship with the major emerging markets supported by the City of London Corporation.
Since his election at the end of 2012, Mexico’s President Enrique Peña Nieto has started implementing an ambitious economic reform programme. This includes plans to break up monopolies in telecommunications and other key sectors, increase opportunities for foreign joint ventures and investments, and overhaul the taxation system.
Our Chairman Yves Hayaux Du Tilly will be participating as a panelist. We look forward to seeing you then!
