This Port Planning and Management Workshop has been created by PwC and facilitated by Port Finance International to provide participants with a thorough understanding of leading port industry practices in key practices and strategy in port management and planning, the development of port PPP business plans, the renegotiation of port concessions and developing dredging models. The course provides participants with an understanding of critical topics: Port PPP planning and development Ports and logistic chains competitiveness Business case analysis specifically related to traffic forecasts and business model Dredging models Renegotiation of port contracts
